Our services

Patton's Home Improvement LLC provides home improvement and repair services, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling, acrylic shower wall installation, flooring, electrical, painting, plumbing, drywall, and related work in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates and consultations are free. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. The final price may change if the scope of work changes, if hidden conditions are found once work begins (such as water damage or outdated wiring behind a wall), or if you request changes. We will always discuss and agree on any price change with you before continuing.

Scheduling and access

Project start dates and timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather, material availability, and prior commitments. We will keep you informed of any changes. Please provide clear access to the work area, working electricity and water, and a place for us to work safely.

Payments

Payment schedules are set out in your written agreement. Deposits may be required to reserve materials and labor. Final payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by the methods listed on your invoice.

Changes and cancellations

You may request changes to your project at any time; changes are put in writing with any price or schedule impact before we proceed. If you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has started, you are responsible for the cost of materials and work completed up to that point.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and provide a full warranty on our installations as described in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are provided by the manufacturers. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, alterations by others, or work performed by another contractor after we finish.

Our responsibility

We are insured for the work we perform. Our responsibility under these terms and any project agreement is limited to the services described in your written agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, repairs to unrelated areas, or work performed by others.

Photos of your project

We love showing our work. With your permission, we may photograph completed projects for our website, social media, and advertising. If you would rather we didn't, just tell us — we will honor your wishes.
